Classic Creamy Scrambled Eggs
Classic Creamy Scrambled Eggs are the scrambled eggs that you’ve loved your entire life. Ready to serve in less than 10 minutes.
Eggs have had a varying reputation over the years health wise, but no one can deny how delicious they are. Even with rising food costs, they are incredibly affordable compared to many foods with the same level of protein.
Classic Creamy Scrambled Eggs can be whipped up in less than ten minutes, and all of the ingredients are pantry or refrigerator staples in most kitchens. No need to run to the store to pick up any last minute ingredients.
The Secrets
The secrets to attaining the best Classic Creamy Scrambled Eggs are greasing the pan with butter and slowing stirring the eggs as they cook. The butter helps to give the eggs a rich flavor. In addition, stirring the eggs every time just as the liquid sets ensures that they are cooking just enough but not too much that you lose the creaminess of the final dish.
Select Your Seasonings
Personally, I season my eggs with a few grinds of pepper. My husband also goes for pepper with a few extra grinds of salt. On the days that we can get toddler to eat a few bites, Classic Creamy Scrambled Eggs become Cheesy Eggs after melting more than her fair share of cheese over the dish. (Honestly, it’s almost as much cheese as it is eggs.)
Make it Brunch
If you review the recipe, it uses eight eggs for only two servings. We typically serve this as brunch on the weekends along with toast, bacon, hash browns, or fruit. If you’re looking for a smaller weekday breakfast, reduce the recipe accordingly.
