Dinner Meal Planning

Anyone else try to plan their meals for the week and suddenly you forget everything you have ever eaten and everything you have ever cooked? Well, to solve the dreaded meal planning, our family has a chart! The chart is a series of lists that organize meals based on the main protein source or another major identifier. We try to pick one meal from each major protein source for the week.
